Called PCN when my grandad was downsizing from his 3 bed house to a 1 bed bungalow. He had so much stuff that wasn't used anymore that he couldn't take with him. Alice went around with him (which took ages because he wanted to keep everything) to make a list of what was staying and what was going. They came back a few days later to take everything away. Couldn't have asked for a better service.

Property Clearance Northwest did a brilliant job on a difficult house clearance of my late parents' property. There was a very damp cellar without lights and lots of cobwebs and a narrow driveway to contend with. They did the job exactly to the timeframe needed and the final price was exactly according to the original quote. Alice and co. took all the stress away from a difficult and emotional process. I would thoroughly recommend them.
